I just scheduled my car detail with PeachLine! How can I prepare?

  • Please remove any non-essential personal items from all parts of your vehicle that are being cleaned before your visit (ex. bags, blankets, kid’s toys).

  • To ensure a smooth and timely service, please make sure all vehicles are in their designated spots and accessible when we arrive. If family members or other drivers need to move their cars, it’s best to have that done beforehand so we can get started right away

  • Our team will text when they are on their way. Before you visit, please let us know any access codes or procedures for gated driveways or communities. Please also arrange to be present to provide the keys to the team or arrange a safe place to leave the keys

How do I select my vehicle size when booking online?

  • Cars/Sedans: Includes Coupes, 2-Doors, Small Convertibles, and All Sedans like Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Toyota Corollas, Nissan Sentra, Tesla Model 3

  • Compact/Mid-Size SUV

    • Honda CRV/HRV, Toyota RAV4, Tesla Model Y, Model X,etc

  • Trucks: Toyota Tacoma, etc

  • Large Trucks:

    • RAM 1500/2500, Ford F-150, F-250, etc

  • Large SUVS/3rd Row SUVS:

    • this includes some larger suvs that do not have 3rd row (like Hyundai Palisade). As these large SUVS have larger interior and exterior surfaces to clean, including larger trunk spaces.

What is car detailing, and how is it different from a car wash?

Car detailing is a deep cleaning service that goes far beyond a basic wash. At PeachLine, we clean your interior and exterior by hand, remove contaminants with a clay towel, shampoo carpets, remove pet hair, and apply high-quality paint sealants that protect your finish. It’s like hitting reset on your vehicle — not just rinsing it.

Do you come to me, or do I need to drive somewhere?

We’re 100% mobile. Whether you’re at home, work, or anywhere in between, we bring everything — including spotless deionized water, power, and pro-level tools. Just park the vehicle and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long does a full detail take?

Most details take between 3 to 5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Larger vehicles or premium packages may take a bit longer — but we don’t cut corners or rush results.

Do I need to clean my car before you arrive?

Nope! We’ve got it covered. Just remove personal belongings, and we’ll take it from there — including trash removal, deep vacuuming, and full interior and exterior care. All of our interior details also include center console cleaning, so do your best to remove any items there

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade, pH-balanced products from trusted brands like Gyeon, Koch-Chemie, P&S, CARPRO and Meguiar’s — along with spotless deonized water — to safely clean and protect every surface of your car.

I barely use my third row of seats - does that affect the price?

That does not effect the price, as Larger Suvs, especially with 3 rows of seats, have larger interior and exterior surfaces to clean. Additionally, while detailing, crumbs and dirt will end up in all areas of the vehicle, requiring that we fully clean and detail each area for best results.
